UAV PILOT (DRONE)

Fly with us! Our team, specialized in professional aerial drone scans, is expanding and we are looking for new colleagues for the position of UAV Pilot (drone) for our offices in Timișoara and Bucharest.

We are looking for a motivated person, passionate about drones, technology and/or aeronautics, photogrammetry, able to solve problems quickly, who wants to be part of a high-performing team.

The main activity involves carrying out scanning and filming flights by means of drones.

  • You will make aerial flights with drones, using specialized software;
  • You will process the data collected with drones, using specialized software;
  • You will use and ensure the maintenance of drones and related equipment;
  • You will maintain contact with the beneficiaries and ensure the collection of the necessary information for the flights;
  • You will participate in the promotional activities carried out by the company (fairs/exhibitions/conferences, promotional campaigns, presentations, etc.).

  • Have proven experience in similar positions (minimum 12 months);
  • To be dedicated and involved, open to innovation, capable of continuous learning and development;
  • Be available for traveling and working in the field (field, industrial areas, etc.);
  • Have a category B driver’s license for over 1 year;
  • To know English at an intermediate level;
  • Have good organizational and time planning skills, analytical ability;
  • Have good communication skills with both beneficiaries and the team;
  • Any experience in:
    • in the field of topography, working with GNSS & GCP receivers;
    • in the area of industrial inspections (photovoltaic parks, wind turbines, telecommunications, high and medium voltage lines or the oil industry);
    • in the field of precision agriculture.

PROJECT MANAGER

We are looking for an organized, motivated person, able to solve problems quickly and with a good ability to understand technical environments and technology in general, who wants to be part of the company’s development.

The main activity involves project coordination and organization, project execution management.

  • Plan, monitor, control and complete projects as required;
  • Establishes priorities, work programs, monitors the achievement of planned results;
  • Identifies problems, implements solutions, adjusts priorities;
  • Plans, organizes and coordinates the activity of the pilots regarding the realization of the scans;
  • Monitors the progress of the project within the established parameters: time, requirements, cost, quality level;
  • Designs and implements work procedures to improve processes.

  • Proven experience in similar positions (minimum 3 years);
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills, for guiding, coordinating, motivating and providing feedback to the team;
  • To use specialized programs for project planning and monitoring;
  • To know English at an advanced level;
  • To have basic skills in science and technology;
  • Have a category B driver’s license for over 1 year;
  • It is considered an advantage any experience in:
    • use of AUTOCAD;
    • use of GIS programs, coordinate system;
    • industrial inspection area (photovoltaic parks, wind turbines, telecommunications, high and medium voltage lines);
    • the field of precision agriculture.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We are looking for a colleague whose passion for sales is complemented by curiosity for new technologies, drones or aeronautics. A creative person with good communication skills who wants to be part of the company’s development.

The main activity involves increasing the client portfolio and the company’s visibility.

  • Promote and sell our services and products (drones, sensors and solutions);
  • Increasing the client portfolio by capitalizing on existing leads;
  • Elaboration of sales offers (services and products) and tracking their status;
  • Coordination of making offers for procurement procedures (different types of beneficiaries and platforms) ;
  • Monitoring the execution of the contract and maintaining contact with the beneficiary;
  • Developing and implementing the sales strategy;
  • Identifying potential customers and contacting them with offers regarding our services/products;
  • Use of CRM-type platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).

  • Have proven experience in similar positions (minimum 2 years);
  • Have experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) sales;
  • Be passionate about sales and technology, drones or aeronautics;
  • Be creative and propose new approaches;
  • Good presentation, communication and relationship skills;
  • Good organizational and time planning skills;
  • To know English at an advanced level;
  • Hold a category B driver’s license for over 1 year and be available for business trips.
